How to get to the city center
Tarlan Astana light rail transit
The LRT is a new type of public transport connecting the airport, the business district and residential areas. Intervals are 5–7 minutes during peak hours. Travel cards can be purchased at every station.
Routes
Public transport routes can be viewed in the “Transport” app.
Payment With an Astra Plat transport card, which can be purchased at the airport, or a contactless bank card.
Taxi
By taxi: only 20–25 minutes.
